Terms and Conditions of 81win — Terms of Use

By registering, accessing, or using any feature of the 81win platform (available at 81win.best), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as 81win's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you — the user — and 81win. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the platform. Simply browsing 81win, creating an account, or carrying out any type of transaction constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and mobile number.
• Not be serving a self-exclusion period on any betting platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in Brazil.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account at 81win. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the method used — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate blocking of all related accounts and forfeiture of available balances.

81win carries out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer process) before the first withdrawal and at any other time it deems necessary. You may be asked to provide documents such as a government-issued ID, CPF, proof of address, and a selfie with your ID. Refusing to provide the requested documents may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

81win does not accept registrations from politically exposed persons (PEPs) without prior compliance review, in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation.

81win is an online entertainment platform intended exclusively for personal and recreational use. By using 81win, you agree not to:

• Using the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of current Brazilian law.
• Attempting to circumvent or manipulate 81win's betting systems, casino games, or bonus mechanisms.
• Use bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any tool that provides an unauthorized advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or colluding with other players to exploit promotions.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with the 81win team.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or the platform's internal systems.

81win continuously monitors activity on the platform to detect suspicious or abusive behavior. Any breach of the rules above may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

Using the platform for purely commercial purposes — such as operating unauthorized betting operations or reselling 81win services — is strictly prohibited.

81win accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian reais (R$):

• Pix — the fastest method, with funds credited in seconds, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Boleto Bancário — processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Credit Card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo accepted, instant processing.
• Debit Card — instant processing upon bank authentication.
• Mercado Pago — digital wallet balance, instant processing.
• PicPay — digital wallet balance, instant processing.
• TED (Electronic Transfer) — compatible with Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and all other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 per transaction, regardless of the chosen method. 81win charges no fees on deposits made by the user. Any fees charged by banking institutions are the user's responsibility.

All deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in the user's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. 81win does not accept deposits in foreign currencies — all transactions are processed exclusively in Brazilian reais.

To request a withdrawal at 81win, you must have completed the identity verification process (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The available withdrawal methods are:

• Pix — processed within 5 (five) minutes of approval. Available 24 hours a day.
• Bank wire transfer — processed within 1 (one) business day for Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.
• Mercado Pago — processed within 24 hours of approval.
• PicPay — processed within 24 hours of approval.

Withdrawals are credited to the same account or payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as an anti-fraud security measure. 81win does not charge fees on user withdrawals.

Withdrawals that include bonus funds can only be processed after the full rollover requirement of the corresponding promotion has been met. Real-money balance — from your own deposits or winnings from real-money bets — may be withdrawn at any time, with no rollover restrictions.

81win reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals of amounts above R$ 5,000.00, as well as performing additional security checks in cases where irregular activity is suspected.

81win offers a welcome bonus, recurring promotions, and a VIP loyalty program. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (minimum wagering) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The rollover is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus — for example, 30× means you must wager 30 times the bonus value.
• Bonuses have expiration date: unused bonuses or bonuses whose rollover has not been completed within the deadline are automatically canceled with no compensation.
• Each promotion is valid for one use per person, per email address, per CPF, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.
• Cancelled or voided bets, bets with very low odds (below 1.20), or bets that cover all possible outcomes (arbing) do not count toward the rollover.
• 81win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with advance notice wherever possible.

81win's VIP loyalty program grants weekly cashback, exclusive odds, and other benefits based on the player's level. VIP program benefits may be changed by 81win with notice to affected members.

Sports Betting at 81win follows the general rules below, which apply to all available markets:

• A confirmed bet is considered final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the Cash Out is available and activated by the bettor before the event closes.
• In the event of event cancellation before the event starts or before the decisive outcome is determined, the bets are voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance.
• Postponed events that take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled time are kept as valid. Events postponed beyond that window have their bets voided.
• Obvious errors in odds — such as clearly incorrect odds caused by a system failure — may be corrected or voided by 81win, even after a bet has been confirmed.
• The official result for betting purposes is the result confirmed by the organization responsible for the event at the end of the match or competition.
• Bets placed on events where match-fixing or any proven irregularity is identified are voided and all stakes returned.

Specific markets — such as exact score, number of goals, round result in MMA, and others — have their own rules detailed on each sport's page within 81win. For bets on Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC, ONE Championship, and other covered competitions, the rules for each market are displayed before you confirm your bet.

Parlay bets (accumulators) are settled based on the multiplication of odds across all selections. If any selection in the parlay is voided, its corresponding odds are replaced by 1.00 (neutral) in the payout calculation.

The casino games available at 81win — including slots, roulette, blackjack, Live Casino, and crash games such as Aviator — are provided by internationally certified third-party suppliers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spribe).

• All games use Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories. Results are completely random and cannot be influenced by 81win or the player.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is the official value provided by the supplier, independently audited and displayed on each title's information page. RTP represents an average calculated over millions of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome in an individual session.
• If a technical failure occurs during a game — such as an internet disconnection or server error — the round in progress may be cancelled and the wagered amount returned to the user's balance. Partial results from incomplete rounds are not considered valid.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the player's screen and the result recorded on 81win's server, the server result prevails. Logs of all rounds are retained for a minimum period of 1 (one) year for auditing and dispute resolution purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password — and for all activity carried out on your 81win account. The platform strongly recommends:

• Use a strong and unique password for your 81win account, not reused on any other service.
• Activate the two-factor authentication (2FA) available in the security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Immediately notify 81win by email or chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

81win never asks for your password by email, chat, phone, or any other channel. Any communication asking for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support.

81win is not liable for losses resulting from the user's voluntary sharing of credentials, unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence, or use of devices compromised by malware. 81win's liability is limited to security failures originating within the platform's own systems.

81win believes betting should be a form of entertainment. When it stops being one, the platform offers the following control tools, all available free of charge in your account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits set by the user.
• Loss limits — set the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
• Session time limits — automatic alerts after the set play time has elapsed.
• Temporary self-exclusion — account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure at the user's request.

Reducing limits takes effect immediately. Increasing limits or reversing a temporary self-exclusion is only possible after the set period has elapsed and upon email confirmation. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents.
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
• Bonus or promotion abuse — including creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any method that provides an unauthorized advantage.
• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

In the event of termination due to a violation, 81win reserves the right to retain the bonus balance and, depending on the severity of the infraction, the real balance as well, subject to compliance review and applicable Brazilian law.

81win provides the platform "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, 81win does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Losses resulting from internet connection failures on the user's end.
• Betting decisions made by the user, regardless of the outcome.
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Actions or omissions by third-party game providers integrated into the platform.

81win's total liability to any user in connection with any claim is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the user's account at the time the damage-causing event occurred.

Sports betting and casino games at 81win involve the risk of financial loss. 81win does not guarantee profits or returns on any bets placed on the platform. Only bet amounts you can afford to lose.

81win may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in platform practices, applicable Brazilian law, or online entertainment industry guidelines. Any material change will be communicated via:

• Email to the registered address, with a minimum advance notice of 7 (seven) calendar days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date. Any available real balance will be returned normally in such a case.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of 81win shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
